These specimens have been certified in Mint State 65 (MS-65) condition, preserving their intricate details for modern observers. The obverse design presents a unique depiction of Lady Liberty, who wears a traditional Native American war bonnet. Her hair band is inscribed with the word LIBERTY, and thirteen stars encircle the portrait to represent the original colonies, with the year of minting positioned at the bottom. Rather than a standard reeded or plain edge, this coin features raised stars along its outer rim. On the reverse, a proud bald eagle stands as the central focus. The bird is surrounded by the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the denomination.
