This silver half tanka dates back to the period from 1558 to 1602, originating from Central Asia during the rule of Hajji Muhammed. Struck in a billon or silver composition, the coin weighs approximately 0.0050 troy ounces of precious metal. Both sides of this historical piece are adorned with intricate Arabic script. The calligraphy on the obverse and reverse faces serves as the primary design element, reflecting the artistic and administrative traditions of the region during the late sixteenth century.
