This silver coin from 1694 originates from the historic German electorate of Mainz, minted during the pre-1800 era. It represents the regional coinage issued during the rule of Prince-archbishop Anselm Francis of Ingelheim, who governed the ecclesiastical principality during the late seventeenth century.
