In 1810, the Philadelphia Mint produced this silver half dollar, a fascinating artifact from the early days of United States coinage. Struck with a silver purity of 0.8924, each coin contains 0.3868 troy ounces of precious metal. This piece survives in Almost Uncirculated condition, preserving the fine details of a design created by John Reich during a formative era of American numismatic history.
