The Morgan Dollar stands as one of the most recognized icons of American coinage. Minted between the years 1878 and 1904, each of these silver dollars contains 0.7734 troy ounces of pure silver, struck with a fineness of 0.900. These specific specimens have survived the decades in exceptional condition, graded as Mint State 65 (MS-65) to preserve their original luster and details. On the obverse, a left-facing portrait of Liberty is adorned with a Phrygian cap, which features the word "Liberty" inscribed upon her hair band. Surrounding her likeness are thirteen stars, the year of issue, and the classic Latin motto "E Pluribus Unum." The reverse displays a heraldic bald eagle with its wings spread, clutching both an olive branch and a bundle of arrows to symbolize peace and readiness. The inscriptions "United States of America" and "One Dollar" frame the bird, while the national motto "In God We Trust" is positioned directly above the eagle's head.
