1878-1904 Morgan Silver Dollar Wagon Card BU (Random Year)
Minted from 1878 to 1904, the Morgan Silver Dollar represents a landmark moment in American numismatics. This coin was the pioneer in depicting Lady Liberty with features modeled after an American woman, Anna Willess Williams, rather than traditional European artistic ideals. George T. Morgan designed this left-facing profile, decorating her hair with a cap that holds stalks of wheat and cotton blossoms. The opposite side of the coin displays a proud bald eagle with its wings spread, grasping a bundle of arrows and an olive branch in its talons. Surrounding this central image are the inscriptions "United States of America", "One Dollar", and the national motto "In God We Trust". Each of these silver pieces contains 0.7734 troy ounces of 90 percent pure silver. Because they are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, they display no signs of wear and keep their original bright mint luster, though minor contact marks may be visible due to the substantial weight of the coins.
