0.7734 troy oz .900 1885 Brilliant Unc (GSA-Packaging)

The 1885 silver dollar stands as a remarkable artifact from the historic Carson City Mint. Crafted from 0.7734 troy ounces of silver with a purity of 0.900, this coin belongs to the celebrated Morgan Dollar series. Its preservation in brilliant uncirculated condition allows the original artistry to shine through with exceptional clarity. On the obverse side, a profile of Liberty wearing a Phrygian cap is surrounded by thirteen symbolic stars. The design is framed by the classic inscriptions "E Pluribus Unum" and the 1885 date of issue, with the word "Liberty" placed upon her hair band. The reverse displays a powerful bald eagle clutching both arrows and an olive branch. Surrounding the central eagle are the inscriptions "United States of America" and "One Dollar", along with the motto "In God We Trust". Directly below the eagle, the famous "CC" mint mark identifies this piece as a product of the Carson City facility.
