On the obverse, the profile of Liberty faces left, wearing a Phrygian cap adorned with a band inscribed with the word "Liberty". She is encircled by thirteen stars representing the original colonies, the year 1893, and the Latin motto "E Pluribus Unum". Crafted from 0.900 fine silver, the coin contains 0.7734 troy ounces of precious metal. The reverse displays a powerful bald eagle with its wings spread, grasping a bundle of arrows and an olive branch in its talons.
