The 1893 Morgan Silver Dollar represents a classic era of American coinage. Minted at the Philadelphia facility, this specimen survives in Extra Fine condition, preserving the intricate details of its nineteenth-century design. Each coin contains 0.7734 troy ounces of silver, with a purity of 90 percent. On the obverse, a left-facing profile of Liberty is depicted. She wears a traditional Phrygian cap, which features a band inscribed with the word LIBERTY. The year 1893 is clearly visible beneath her portrait. The reverse displays a powerful bald eagle with its wings spread. In its talons, the eagle firmly grasps both an olive branch and a bundle of arrows, symbolizing peace and readiness. Surrounding this central image are the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the denomination, ONE DOLLAR, alongside the motto, In God We Trust.
