This side is framed by thirteen stars representing the original colonies, the date 1902, and the classic Latin motto "E Pluribus Unum." The reverse displays a powerful bald eagle with outstretched wings, clutching both an olive branch and arrows in its talons. Surrounding the majestic bird are the inscriptions "United States of America" and "One Dollar," along with the national motto "In God We Trust."
