The 1903 silver dollar represents a classic era of American coinage, minted at the Philadelphia facility with a production run of 4,652,000 pieces. This particular specimen has been certified in Almost Uncirculated 58 condition, showcasing the original artistry of the series with very minimal wear. Each of these historic coins contains 0.7734 troy ounces of pure silver, minted with a fineness of 0.900. On the obverse side, a left-facing portrait of Liberty is adorned with a Phrygian cap, her hair band clearly displaying the word LIBERTY. Encircling her profile are thirteen stars alongside the Latin motto E PLURIBUS UNUM and the 1903 year of manufacture. The reverse side presents a powerful bald eagle with its wings spread, clutching both an olive branch and a cluster of arrows to symbolize peace and readiness. The inscriptions surrounding the eagle include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the denomination ONE DOLLAR, while the national motto IN GOD WE TRUST is positioned directly above the bird.
