0.7734 troy oz .900 1903 Very Fine

The 1903 silver dollar minted in San Francisco represents a classic era of American coinage. This piece belongs to the celebrated Morgan series, a design that circulated throughout the United States for close to eight decades. Struck with a silver purity of 90 percent, this coin contains 0.77344 troy ounces of precious metal and carries a Very Fine grading, showing honest wear from its time in commerce. On the obverse side, a left-facing profile of Liberty is visible. She wears a traditional Phrygian cap, which features a band inscribed with the word LIBERTY. The year 1903 is clearly marked below her portrait. The reverse side presents a bald eagle with its wings spread, grasping a symbolic olive branch alongside a cluster of arrows. Positioned just beneath the wreath on the reverse, the S mint mark identifies its origin at the San Francisco Mint.
