Struck at the Denver Mint, this twenty-dollar gold coin from 1913 represents a famous era in American coinage. Crafted from 0.900 fine gold, it contains exactly 0.9675 troy ounces of the precious metal. It survives today in Almost Uncirculated condition, preserving the intricate details of its legendary artwork. The obverse side displays a powerful depiction of Lady Liberty walking forward. On the reverse, a bald eagle is captured mid-flight, soaring across the design. The reverse also bears the inscriptions spelling out the country of origin, United States of America, and the face value of Twenty Dollars. Rather than a standard reeded edge, this piece features the motto E Pluribus Unum raised along its side, with the words separated by stars.
