0.7734 troy oz .900 1921 Brilliant Unc

The 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar represents the final year of a legendary American coin series minted from 1878 to 1921. Over its production lifespan, more than 500 million of these silver dollars were struck. This particular coin survives in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, preserving the intricate details of its historic design. Composed of 90 percent silver, it contains 0.7734 troy ounces of actual precious metal. On the obverse, George T. Morgan's design features a left-facing profile of Lady Liberty, modeled by Anna Willess Williams. This design is celebrated as the first United States coin to portray Liberty with a distinctly American appearance rather than traditional Greek features. Her cap is beautifully decorated with wheat and cotton, symbolizing American agriculture. The year 1921 is inscribed at the bottom of the profile. The reverse displays a bald eagle with anatomically correct proportions and highly detailed feathers. The eagle is shown perched on a bundle of arrows while clutching an olive branch, representing both strength and peace. Surrounding the eagle are the inscriptions "United States of America," "One Dollar," and the motto "In God We Trust."
