The year 1921 marked the debut of a new design in American silver coinage, celebrating the return of global harmony. This particular specimen has been certified in Mint State 63 (MS-63), preserving the crispness of its original strike and the luster of its ninety percent silver composition. The obverse features a classic profile of Liberty facing left, wearing a crown of sharp light rays. The word LIBERTY is paired with the motto IN GOD WE TRUST, rendered with a classic spelling of the letter V. On the reverse, an eagle is perched on a mountain crag, clutching an olive branch as it looks toward the dawn.
