This Philadelphia minted coin, preserved in Very Good to Very Fine condition, showcases one of the most celebrated designs in United States numismatic history. On the obverse, Lady Liberty is depicted in mid-stride, moving gracefully toward a rising sun while cradling a bundle of branches in her arm. The year 1934 is anchored at the bottom, with the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" positioned in the field. The reverse displays a powerful eagle perched upon a rugged mountain crag, wings partially spread as if preparing for flight.
