In 1941, the San Francisco Mint struck a half dollar that remains celebrated for its artistic merit. This silver coin, containing 0.3575 troy ounces of precious metal, showcases a design by Adolph Weinman that captures a sense of movement and national optimism. The piece is preserved in Fine to Very Fine condition, allowing observers to appreciate its mid-century craftsmanship. The front of the coin depicts Lady Liberty walking gracefully toward a rising sun, cradling a bundle of branches in her arm. This side is inscribed with the year 1941 and the phrase IN GOD WE TRUST.
