Struck in the final year of World War II, this 1945 ten-cent silver piece from the San Francisco Mint showcases a captivating numismatic variation. Known as the Micro-S, this coin is distinguished by a notably small mint mark, a detail that draws the attention of keen observers and students of American coinage. Composed of ninety percent silver, the coin contains 0.0715 troy ounces of precious metal and survives in an impressive Almost Uncirculated condition.
