This half dollar from 1952 represents a classic mid-twentieth-century American coin design. Minted in Denver, as indicated by the D mint mark, the coin is struck in 90 percent silver, containing 0.3575 troy ounces of the precious metal. It has been certified in Mint State 64 condition, displaying exceptional preservation that highlights the intricate details of its engraving. The obverse features a right-facing portrait of Benjamin Franklin, one of the most famous founding figures of the United States.
