It features no mint mark, which is characteristic of coins struck at the main Philadelphia facility during this era. The obverse of the coin displays a right-facing profile of Benjamin Franklin. Accompanying his likeness are the traditional inscriptions of liberty and trust, along with the 1954 date of issue. This design was originally created by John R. Sinnock. On the reverse, the iconic Liberty Bell takes center stage, flanked by a small eagle and the motto of national unity. This specific specimen has been graded Mint State 65 (MS-65) and has earned the exceptional Full Bell Lines (FBL) designation.
