The 1990 Kennedy half dollar struck at the Denver Mint represents a classic era of modern United States coinage. This fifty-cent piece is composed of a outer layer of copper and nickel bonded securely to a core of pure copper, a standard metallurgical design for circulating half dollars of this era. Kept in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, the coin retains its original mint luster and sharp details just as it looked when it left the coining press.
