1992 American Silver Eagle MS-69 NGC

1.0000 troy oz .999 1992 NGC

Introduced as the seventh entry in the United States Mint's premier silver bullion initiative, this 1992 issue showcases a pair of iconic American designs. The obverse features a graceful depiction of Lady Liberty wrapped in the national flag, stepping toward a rising sun. Originally created in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman, this classic image remains one of the most celebrated representations of Liberty in American numismatic history. On the reverse, John Mercanti's heraldic design draws inspiration from the Great Seal of the United States. A central eagle holds a ribbon in its beak, grasping an olive branch in one talon and arrows in the other. Hovering above the eagle are thirteen stars arranged to honor the original colonies. Struck in one ounce of 0.999 fine silver, this dollar coin carries the official backing of the United States government.
