1994-P Roosevelt Dime BU
The 10 cent piece from 1994 offers an excellent study in modern American coinage design. Struck at the Philadelphia minting facility, this copper-based coin displays the familiar "P" mint mark on its obverse side, denoting its origin. This particular specimen is preserved in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, meaning it retains the original luster and sharp details from the day it was struck, free from the wear of everyday circulation. On the obverse, the coin displays the left-facing profile of Franklin D. Roosevelt, accompanied by the inscriptions "LIBERTY" and "IN GOD WE TRUST". The reverse side presents a trio of symbolic elements arranged from left to right: an olive branch representing peace, a lit torch symbolizing liberty, and an oak branch signifying strength and independence. These central images are framed by the country name, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", the traditional motto "E PLURIBUS UNUM", and the denomination "ONE DIME".
