Struck from one troy ounce of highly pure 0.9999 fine gold, this piece has achieved the highest possible grade of MS-70, denoting a coin in flawless Mint State condition. Backed by the Australian government as official sovereign currency, it carries a face value of 100 Dollars. The reverse side features a spirited horse captured in a trotting motion, a design created by Travis Farley. Alongside the animal, the reverse includes the traditional Chinese character representing the horse, the English inscription "Year of the Horse", and the "P" mint mark. On the obverse, the coin displays the elegant effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Ian Rank-Broadley. The monarch's portrait is accompanied by inscriptions indicating the year, the country of issue, and the monetary denomination of 100 Dollars.
