The 2002 Kennedy half dollar represents a modern continuation of one of America's most recognizable coin designs. Struck at the Philadelphia Mint, this Brilliant Uncirculated fifty-cent piece features a composition of copper and nickel bonded to a core of pure copper. The obverse displays the left-facing bust of President John F. Kennedy, a design created by Gilroy Roberts.
