On the reverse, the coin displays the official Marine Corps emblem, featuring the eagle, globe, and anchor. This side is inscribed with the United States of America, the denomination "ONE DOLLAR," the Latin motto "E PLURIBUS UNUM," and the Marine Corps motto "SEMPER FIDELIS," which translates to "Always Faithful." The "P" mint mark is also visible, indicating its origin at the Philadelphia Mint.
