Backed by the Banco de México, this coin is notable not only for its precious metal purity but also for its exceptionally low mintage, with only 1,200 of these pieces produced in 2007. On the obverse, the coin displays the Mexican National Shield, surrounded by the clear inscription "Estados Unidos Mexicanos". The reverse side presents a dramatic visual narrative, showcasing the iconic Winged Victory statue. Behind her, the famous Mexican volcanic peaks of Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl rise in the background.
