2007-S Silver Kennedy Half Dollar PR-69 PCGS
The 2007 San Francisco Mint half dollar presents a striking visual contrast, certified in exceptional Proof 69 Deep Cameo condition. Struck in a composition containing 0.3617 troy ounces of silver, this modern fifty-cent piece showcases the sharp details and mirror-like finishes characteristic of the finest United States proof coinage. On the obverse, a detailed profile bust of John F. Kennedy faces left, accompanied by the inscription IN GOD WE TRUST. This portrait was originally created by Gilroy Roberts. Just below the bust, the distinctive S mint mark identifies its origin at the San Francisco Mint. The reverse displays Frank Gasparro's interpretation of the presidential seal, featuring a heraldic eagle clutching an olive branch and a bundle of arrows. The traditional motto E PLURIBUS UNUM is inscribed above the eagle, while the outer rim displays the words UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and HALF DOLLAR.
