Surrounding this wilderness scene are the inscriptions detailing the park name, the state of California, the year 2010, and the traditional motto E Pluribus Unum. On the obverse, the familiar portrait of Liberty is accompanied by the inscriptions United States of America, In God We Trust, and Quarter Dollar. To ensure the purity is unmistakable, the coin's weight and fineness are incused directly into its edge. This particular coin has been graded in outstanding Mint State 68 Prooflike condition, indicating a highly reflective surface that mimics a proof strike.
