Inscriptions on this side include "Mount Hood", "Oregon", the year 2010, and the traditional motto "E Pluribus Unum". Unlike standard circulating quarters, this large-format coin has its weight and 0.999 fine silver purity incused directly onto its edge, keeping the face of the coin dedicated entirely to the artwork.
