2010-P 5 oz Silver ATB Yellowstone SP-70 PCGS (FirstStrike®)
This impressive five-ounce silver coin from 2010 celebrates the natural wonders of Yellowstone. Struck from 0.999 fine silver at the Philadelphia Mint, the coin displays a distinct vapor-blasted finish, which gives the surfaces a unique, soft texture. This particular piece has been certified in perfect Specimen 70 condition and carries a designation indicating it was among the initial coins released from the mint. The total production for this specific issue was limited to 27,000 pieces. The reverse side of the coin captures a classic scene of the American West, depicting a bison standing before the erupting Old Faithful geyser. Surrounding this detailed scene are the inscriptions "Yellowstone," "Wyoming," "E Pluribus Unum," and the year 2010. On the obverse, the familiar portrait of George Washington is featured, accompanied by the mint mark "P" and the traditional inscriptions "United States of America," "Liberty," "In God We Trust," and "Quarter Dollar."
