Struck at the San Francisco Mint, this 2013 United States silver dollar represents a flawless execution of one of America's most recognizable coin designs. Certified in perfect Mint State 70 condition, the coin contains exactly one troy ounce of 0.999 fine silver. Because it is a sovereign coin, the United States government backs its weight and purity, making it a benchmark of modern minting. The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman's classic depiction of Lady Liberty walking gracefully, draped in the American flag as she strides toward a rising sun. Legible inscriptions on this face include the year 2013 and the phrase "IN GOD WE TRUST". On the reverse, a powerful heraldic eagle holds an olive branch and arrows beneath a canopy of 13 small stars, which symbolize the original American colonies. The surrounding inscriptions clearly read "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" alongside "1 OZ. FINE SILVER ONE DOLLAR" and the traditional motto "E PLURIBUS UNUM". Although minted in San Francisco, this issue does not display a mint mark on the coin itself.
