This impressive five-ounce silver piece represents the third design issued in the 2014 America the Beautiful series. Struck in 0.999 fine silver with a substantial diameter, the coin celebrates Arches National Park, a famous natural sanctuary in eastern Utah renowned for containing more than 2,000 sandstone arches. This particular specimen has achieved a perfect SP-70 grading and carries an early release designation, indicating it was received for certification within the initial days of its distribution. The reverse of the coin showcases the iconic Delicate Arch, a massive freestanding structure, with the distant peaks of the La Sal Mountains framing the background. Inscriptions on this side include the park name, the state of Utah, the year 2014, and the traditional motto E PLURIBUS UNUM. The mintmark P is also visible, denoting its origin at the Philadelphia Mint. On the obverse, a classic portrait of George Washington faces left. This side bears the familiar inscriptions of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the face value of QUARTER DOLLAR.
