On the front, Lady Liberty is depicted walking forward with confidence, set against a backdrop of radiating sunbeams. This striking image is adapted from the famous early twentieth-century double eagle design by Augustus Saint-Gaudens, bringing a classic masterpiece into a modern tenth-ounce format. The reverse side features a detailed family scene created by Miley Busiek. It portrays a male bald eagle soaring through the air, clutching an olive branch as he returns to a nest containing a female eagle and their young. Inscriptions on this side include the traditional mottos "IN GOD WE TRUST" and "E PLURIBUS UNUM," alongside the weight and face value. This specific 2017 issue contains one-tenth of an ounce of gold. It has been certified and encapsulated in perfect 70 condition, representing the highest possible grade. Additionally, it features a special designation indicating it was shipped from the United States Mint on the very first day of its official release.
