2018 China 30 gram Silver Panda MS-70 NGC (Early Releases)
The 2018 Silver Panda is a striking example of modern sovereign minting, backed by the Chinese government and containing 30 grams of 0.999 fine silver. This particular coin has been graded Mint State 70 (MS-70), representing a coin in its most flawless condition. On the obverse, the coin displays the grand Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests, located within the famous Temple of Heaven complex in Beijing. The Chinese characters for the People's Republic of China encircle the upper rim, while the year of issue, 2018, is clearly struck at the bottom. The reverse side of the coin presents a close-up portrait of a giant panda, the beloved symbol of Chinese wildlife, as it contentedly eats a bamboo shoot. Alongside this detailed depiction, the face value of 10 Yuan is clearly inscribed.
