It carries a legal tender face value of two dollars across the eight member territories of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank. The reverse side depicts a detailed underwater scene where two scuba divers explore a thriving coral reef alongside a sunken shipwreck, capturing the island's reputation as a diving destination.
