The reverse, designed by Miley Busiek, captures a family of bald eagles, showing a male eagle carrying an olive branch back to a nest that holds a female and their young. Struck from one troy ounce of gold with a purity of 0.9167, this fifty-dollar denomination coin has been officially graded in Mint State 69.
