Struck in a quarter ounce of 0.999 fine silver, this 2022 release from the Republic of Armenia brings a powerful biblical narrative to life. The coin represents a continuation of the Noah's Ark series, which first debuted in 2011. Produced by the German mint Geiger Edelmetalle on behalf of the Central Bank of Armenia, the coin combines precise craftsmanship with deep cultural storytelling. The reverse side, created by designer Eduard Kurghinyan, depicts the dramatic conclusion of the great flood. A dove carrying an olive branch flies in the foreground, while Noah's Ark floats on the receding waters. In the background, the sun rises behind the twin peaks of Mount Ararat, symbolizing a new beginning.
