As the protector of the forest and the deity of the mountains, Tigris is shown poised on a rocky cliffside high above an active battlefield, holding a sacred halberd. The obverse features the traditional Gwi-myeon-wa, a protective ghost-mask design, alongside the year of issue, the metal purity, and the issuing country.
