Struck by the Holy Land Mint, this 2023 silver coin represents the twenty-seventh release in the celebrated Biblical Art coin series. Containing one ounce of fine silver, the piece features a proof finish that highlights its intricate engraving and historical themes. With a limited mintage of only 2,800 pieces, the coin carries a face value of 2 New Sheqalim. The obverse of the coin presents the official state emblem of Israel alongside the face value and the mint year of 2023. The word "Israel" is rendered in English, Hebrew, and Arabic, accompanied by the "Mem" mint mark. A stylized date palm tree adds an artistic element to the design, which is framed by a border inscription reading "Deborah the Prophetess (Judges 4,4 to 5)" in three languages.
