Produced at the Philadelphia Mint without a mint mark, this piece contains 0.858 troy ounces of 0.999 fine silver. It has been certified in perfect Mint State 70 condition, representing the peak of preservation for this limited release of 275,000 coins. The front of the coin presents a profile of Liberty. She is depicted wearing a Phrygian cap, which is adorned with wheat ears and cotton blossoms, symbolizing American agriculture. On the reverse side, a majestic American eagle is shown with its wings fully spread. The bird holds a bundle of arrows and an olive branch in its talons, framed by a delicate laurel wreath.
