The 2023 Peace Dollar represents a modern continuation of one of America's most celebrated numismatic designs. Minted at the Philadelphia facility without a mint mark, this issue is struck in 0.858 troy ounces of 99.9% fine silver. The coin has been graded in perfect Mint State 70 condition, indicating its flawless strike and preservation from the very first day of its release. On the obverse, the profile of Liberty is depicted wearing a crown of stylized light rays. The designer's personal monogram, AF, is subtly placed on this side, alongside the classic mottoes of American coinage and the dual-style rendering of the inscription for trust. The year 2023 is clearly inscribed at the bottom of the profile. The reverse side presents a peaceful yet powerful image of an American eagle perched upon a stone crag. The bird holds an olive branch, positioned directly above the word denoting peace.
