This particular specimen is struck from one ounce of 99.99 percent pure gold and has achieved a perfect proof grading of seventy, showcasing the highest level of manufacturing quality. Backed by the government of Australia as legal tender with a face value of 100 Dollars, this coin represents the ninth annual release in the overall Swan series, which first debuted in 2017. It also marks the seventh year that the mint has offered a gold proof version of this design. On the reverse, a detailed swan is depicted spreading its wings while wading in shallow water, set against a backdrop of distant mountains and a rising sun. The design is framed by inscriptions identifying the coin as "The 1 oz 0.9999 Australian Gold Swan" along with the 2025 year of issue and the traditional "P" mint mark of the Perth Mint.
