2025 Australia 1 oz Silver Swan BU
2025 Australia 1 oz Silver Swan BU
The Perth Mint's celebrated Swan series continues its journey with this ninth annual release, dated 2025. Struck from one troy ounce of highly refined 0.9999 fine silver, this legal tender coin is backed by the Australian government and carries a face value of one dollar. On the reverse side, a graceful swan is depicted with its wings spread wide in shallow waters. This peaceful scene is set against a backdrop of distant mountains and a rising sun. The reverse also displays the Perth Mint's traditional 'P' mint mark, the year 2025, and the inscription 'The 1 oz 0.9999 Australian Silver Swan'. The obverse of the coin showcases the contemporary effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, designed by Dan Thorne, alongside the monetary denomination of 1 Dollar. First introduced in 2017, this series has become a favorite for its changing annual designs and a strict mintage limit of 25,000 pieces.
