Now in its ninth year of release, the 2025 edition continues this annual tradition with a brand new artistic depiction of its iconic namesake. This particular specimen has achieved a perfect grading of Mint State 70, representing the highest possible standard of preservation and strike quality. Crafted from one troy ounce of 99.99 percent pure silver, the coin displays a detailed reverse design featuring a swan with its wings fully spread in shallow water. In the background, a rising sun emerges behind a mountain range. The reverse also bears the Perth Mint's traditional 'P' mint mark and the inscription "The 1 oz 0.9999 Australian Silver Swan". On the obverse, the legal tender coin features the official effigy of King Charles III, designed by Dan Thorne, alongside the one dollar denomination. Backed by the Australian government, this modern silver release is limited to a maximum mintage of 25,000 pieces worldwide.
