The obverse of the 2025 coin showcases the magnificent Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests, located within Beijing's historic Temple of Heaven complex. This architectural marvel is framed by Chinese characters translating to the People's Republic of China, with the year 2025 inscribed at the base. On the reverse, a tender wildlife scene unfolds, depicting a mother panda holding a bamboo branch. One of her cubs rests playfully on her leg, while a second cub watches from atop a rock behind them. This side also displays the face value of 500 Yuan alongside the metal weight and purity inscription, 30 g Au 0.999.
