The 2025 Jefferson nickel, struck at the Denver Mint, represents a modern continuation of one of America's most enduring five-cent designs. This coin is presented in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, preserving its sharp details and original luster just as it emerged from the coining press. On the obverse, a detailed portrait of Thomas Jefferson looks forward, accompanied by the traditional inscriptions of faith and freedom. The legible legends include the national motto, "IN GOD WE TRUST", alongside the word "liberty" and the year of issue, 2025. The "D" mint mark is also clearly visible, denoting its origin in Denver. The reverse of the coin features a detailed depiction of Monticello, the historic Virginia home designed by Jefferson himself.
