Struck from two ounces of fine silver, the coin features a dramatic high-relief design enhanced by an antique finish, selective gold gilding, and precise digital color printing. With a limited mintage of only 500 pieces, this sovereign coin carries the official backing of the Cameroonian government. The reverse of the coin centers on a powerful depiction of Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte astride a rearing horse. Behind the emperor, a detailed map illustrating the reach of French imperial power is visible, accompanied by various imperial symbols, including a camel in a desert landscape. A selectively gilded and colored golden crest of the French Empire completes this side, which also bears the inscription FIRST FRENCH EMPIRE (1804 to 1815). On the obverse, a red throne chair is positioned above a shield, creating a regal composition. The surrounding inscriptions confirm the issuing nation, the year 2025, and the face value of 2000 FRANCS CFA, alongside the metal weight and purity.
