Introduced originally in 2011, this modern legal tender series from Armenia presents a powerful biblical narrative on a compact canvas. Strikingly minted in a quarter-ounce of 0.999 fine silver, the 2026 edition carries a face value of 100 Drams and is backed by the Armenian government. The obverse displays the official coat of arms for the Republic of Armenia. Surrounding this central emblem are the inscriptions denoting the 2026 issue year, the 100 Dram denomination, and the weight and purity of the precious metal. On the reverse, artist Eduard Kurghinyan captures a dramatic scene of hope. Noah's Ark floats upon the receding floodwaters as the sun begins to rise behind the twin peaks of Mount Ararat. In the foreground, a dove flies toward the viewer carrying an olive branch, signaling the return of dry land.
