2026 Australia 1 oz Gold Swan COA #2 PR-70 PCGS HR DCAM (FDI)

1.0000 troy oz .9999 2026 Proof - 70 DCAM (PCGS)

Struck by the Perth Mint, this 2026 gold coin represents a remarkable intersection of modern minting technology and artistic design. Crafted from one troy ounce of 99.99 percent pure gold, the coin is struck in high relief, a technique that gives the central imagery an extraordinary three-dimensional depth. This specific piece has achieved the highest possible grading of Proof 70 Deep Cameo, and it carries a First Day of Issue designation along with the highly coveted Certificate of Authenticity number two. With a tiny release of only 188 pieces, it is a remarkably scarce issue backed by the Australian government as official legal tender. The reverse of the coin features a stunning visual narrative created by artist Aleysha Howarth. A graceful swan is depicted with its wings fully spread, rising into the sky amidst soft clouds above the water and shoreline. Encircling this scene is the inscription "The 1 oz 9999 Australian Gold Swan" along with the year 2026. This side also displays a special "P10" mint mark, which honors the tenth anniversary of the Perth Swan program that originally debuted in 2017. While the overall series is a decade old, this release marks the eighth year that a gold proof version of the Swan has been minted. On the obverse, the coin displays the modern effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, designed by Dan Thorne. Surrounding the portrait are inscriptions detailing the monarch's name, the issuing nation of Australia, and the face value of 100 Dollars.
